I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, nutrition is key to a successful weight loss program.
My nutrition regimen consists majority of the Paleo diet and the rest would be of what I felt like eating at the time. It’s one thing where you lost the weight by starving yourself. Most people gain from that but not with me. I lose fast and gain fast so losing the weight has to be done carefully and slowly.
Here’s this week’s regimen. You will notice a big decrease in consumption because I have found ways to make myself busy.
