And just like that, another season has ended.
I am talking about the Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition Doubles.
Last April 26, 2014, at the Dolphy Theatre, the country witnessed the finale and the crowning of this season’s Biggest Loser. (Congratulations Bryan Castillo!) These contestants did nothing but sleep, live, and breathe diet and exercise up to last Saturday but the question everybody has to answer now that the show is over, “what now?”
Since they are no longer in the competition, what should the next day be? Should they wake up early as before and do everything as if it did not end?
That was the exact same question I asked after my season’s finale was over. The morning of October 9, 2011 was something different. I woke up that day feeling lost.
Looking at it now, I should have done what I am doing now; discover what I am doing that is making me happy. I have finally discovered a regimen that is easy to maintain but does not take too much of my time to live my life. Yoga, CrossFit, and the Paleo diet is the perfect combination for me.
