Thoughts and Updates | My Lifestyle Change 2 Weeks After

As of today, I’ve completed 2 whole weeks of eating clean (around 95% of the time) and exercising around 4 times a week. Today marks my 10th day since restarting this lifestyle. So what has changed?

One of the immediate changes I’ve noticed is how I would get tired and sleepy at around 9PM. Before all of this, I would be in bed by around 9:30PM but not sleep until 11:30PM. Then throughout the night I would wake up once or twice to go pee and back then I thought it was normal.

Now that I’ve started going back to CrossFit at 6 in the morning from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, I’ve noticed that I would fall asleep by 9 or 9:30 and be wide awake by around 4:30AM which is good since I’ve set my alarm to wake me up at 5:00AM. I’ve also learned that because of my new lifestyle. I would sleep straight and not be waken every 2-3 hours to pee.

As far as my diet is concerned, I would like to say that I’m sticking back to, but not purely 100%, Paleo for it was the one that worked for me. It’s just slightly difficult sticking to it when your own family does not live by it as you but I manage.

January 2018 seems like a long way to go but thanks to my colleagues and box mates, I’m slightly confident that I’ll make it. I’m just taking it one day at a time.

Oh, and I’ve noticed that my belt and pants have gotten looser. Hoping to be able to get back into my old pants back in BL soon. That would be a good motivator for me.
